Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Deputy Project Manager (Deputy PM) to support our Project Manager (PM) in various functions that contribute to the achievement of company and IMOC contract goals. The Deputy PM will play a critical role by acting as a proxy for the PM during their absence, ensuring seamless project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closelywith the Project Manager to facilitate the execution of project tasks andobjectives in alignment with company and IMOC contract objectives.
  • Assume the role of thePM in their absence, maintaining continuity and overseeing projectactivities.
  • Demonstrateexceptional written communication skills to provide valuable inputs forannual performance evaluations and bi-annual contract evaluations.
  • Exhibit clear andconcise verbal communication abilities to provide regular project statusupdates, including accomplishments and challenges, to IMOC leadership(e.g., TALs, Department Managers, IMOC HR, and business office) as well asthe GCS corporate office.
  • Take an active role inthe recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conductingpre-screening calls with applicants, identifying qualified HUBZoneresidents, and participating in applicant interviews.
  • Address disciplinarymatters and effectively communicate policy changes to employees asdirected by the PM.
  • Undertake additional assignments asassigned by the PM, contributing to the overall success of the project andorganization.
