Full Job Description
Please Note: This role leads a team conducting the sale and service of employee benefits programs to organizations. This is NOT an employee benefits administrator role such as one might find as part of a Human Resources team. SALES AND INSURANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Compensation:Commensurate with experience

Qualifications:
  • Licensed- Current licenserequired
  • Experienced-The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks. Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus.
  • Leadership-The candidate selected will have prior leadership experience, preferable in the insurance industry.
  • Multi-tasking- Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Cross-training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long-term care.
  • Communication- The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
  • Organization- Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
  • Team Oriented- Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
  • Computer literate- Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in excel and PowerPoint
