What you'll do- Support the day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, disability, life insurance, and wellness programs for employees
- Respond to employee questions about benefits, plan options, enrollment steps, and general policy information
- Manage benefits enrollment, employee eligibility, status changes, and data updates in HR systems
- Partner with payroll, HR operations, benefits vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve employee issues and maintain accurate data
- Maintain benefits records, plan documents, employee communications, and internal resources that support a consistent employee experience
- Assist with audits, reporting, invoice reconciliation, and enrollment data reviews to support accurate benefits administration
- Support annual open enrollment through communications, system testing, employee education, and post-enrollment review
- Track and help administer employee leaves of absence in coordination with internal teams and benefits vendors
- Monitor benefits processes for alignment with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes, documentation, and employee support
What's required- 0-2 years of experience in human resources, benefits, payroll, customer service, or administrative support
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Strong interest in employee benefits, total rewards, or HR operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and HR systems to support accurate benefits administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills when responding to employee questions and explaining benefits information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a detail-oriented environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, internal stakeholders, and benefits vendors

The annual base salary range for this role is $90,000-$105,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
