Benefits Administrator will directly interface with employees at all levels in the organization and vendors. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work self-supported.
Fluency in both English required and Spanish (preferred).
What you'll be doingWhat will your essential responsibilities include?
This role will support the HR Business Partners benefit needs in our non-US Americas region (Canada, Bermuda, Latin America), serving as a primary point of contact and resource to these locations. This role will also serve as an additional resource on our US benefits team, supporting day-to-day colleague inquiries and special projects as needed.
- Supports the local HR Business Partners benefit needs in our non-US Americas region, including the roll out of global and regional well-being initiatives, internal and external reporting requirements, development of employee benefit communications, coordination with vendors, and more.
- Coordinates the administration of work/life programs in non-US locations to ensure maximum productivity from employees (i.e. wellness fairs, flu shots and virtual wellness programs).
- Maintain the internal SharePoint Total Reward sites to ensure all benefit information is current and accurate
- Works with the Senior Benefits Partner regarding the annual renewal of non-US benefit programs to ensure the most comprehensive and cost-effective plans are in place.
- Coordinates with our accounts payable team and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment of benefit invoices.
- Supports the US benefits team to address internal employee benefit questions. Escalates issues to external vendors and internal partners when necessary and coordinates with those sources to provide timely resolutions.
- Act as the primary representative for AXA Shareplan, supporting the enrollment of eligible colleagues, communications, and redemption requests as required.
- Assists in special projects as needed.

What you'll bringWe're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:- Moderate to extensive experience in employee benefits (not necessarily in international benefits)
- Effectively handle the day-to-day administration of all health and welfare and defined contribution plans
- Must have a good understanding of the complexities of all benefit plans (ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws) as well as being able to work self-directed.
The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD 65,400-10
