Pay Grade: 14

Reports To: RVP

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

Other Forms of Compensation: RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IF OUTSIDE THE CHARLOTTE MARKET

Job Summary

Bench Director of Food & Nutrition Services - Charlotte, NC

Must live in or relocate to the Charlotte area. Day and occasional overnight travel to Georgia is required.

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Bench Director of Food & Nutrition Services to provide operational leadership across multiple hospital accounts. This role supports leadership transitions, special projects, and business needs while ensuring exceptional patient dining, retail, and hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities
