Successful candidates have a solid foundation in trauma work and utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build trust and rapport. Behavioral Health Clinicians conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based upon clients' needs and goals to promote recovery. Clinicians participate in supervision, complete documentation timely, ensure records are maintained per accreditation standards, and uphold confidentiality.
