- Support 3-4 school sites within the district
- In-person, full-time roles (37.5 paid hours per week) and part-time roles (18 paid hours per week)
- BCBA OR Tier 3 or 4 Special Education Teaching license required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening

What You'll Do - Consult and implement positive behavior interventions and supports for the students
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Consult, communicate, and work cooperatively with teams to provide appropriate programming for students
- Implement positive behavior interventions and supports to support student progress, reinforcing positive behaviors, utilizing de-escalation techniques, and redirecting inappropriate behaviors
- May be required to use restrictive procedures
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Related Field
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4)
- OR Active BCBA license in Minnesota
- Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
