Full Job Description
Licensed Master's Level Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)

Location: Inverness and Lecanto

Schedule: Full Time or Part Time

Position Summary

As a Licensed Master's Level Clinician, you will provide psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, and supportive counseling services to residents in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. You will work with individuals experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral health concerns related to aging, chronic medical conditions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, adjustment disorders, and major life transitions.

This role offers the opportunity to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships while working independently with the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations
  • Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
  • Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards
