We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in NorthTampa, FL!

  • Small, manageable caseload, so you can focus on quality care

  • 20% dedicated supervision time because strong teams need strong leadership

  • A primarily clinic-based setting for collaboration and consistency

  • One work-from-home day per week (after comps & 25 billable hours)

  • $85K$102K/year between salary + monthly bonus plans

Qualifications
  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
  • At least a Masters degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
