SUMMARY: The Become a Teacher (BaT) Program is part of Poudre School District's comprehensive staff education and career advancement efforts to recruit, prepare, and retain licensed teachers in high-need areas. With funding from the Colorado Department of Education's Quality Teacher Recruitment Program (QTRP), PSD is expanding the program during the 2026-27 school year through the addition of a Program Coordinator.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Become a Teacher Program, including recruitment, application and selection processes, participant support, mentoring, professional learning, university partnerships, program administration, and grant compliance. Serve as the primary liaison for participants and stakeholders, providing ongoing coaching and resources to support educator preparation, licensure, and retention. Monitor program progress and outcomes, manage financial and administrative processes, analyze data for continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen and expand PSD's educator pipeline.
Pay Range: $93,646.00-$120,334.75/year (minimum-to 75% into range based on qualifications and experience)*
Percentage: 100%

Duration of position: One Year Only (ending 6/30/2027)
