The Opportunity:
The Beauty Category Lead will be responsible for owning the marketing and design for SuperOrdinary's Beauty Channel on TikTok. The Beauty Category Lead will need to have an in-depth understanding of beauty products, including primary ingredients, primary uses of products, and other detailed information concerning items across the beauty category. This position will work closely with the VP of TikTok Operations to craft the TikTok Channel properly, and ensure growth via excellent content. This role will work cross-functionally with the commerce and social teams to optimize the online customer experience, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
Candidates that excel in this role will be self-starters, quick learners, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Job Responsibilities
• Day-to-day operations of the SuperOrdinary Beauty Channel on TikTok
• Make sure design and marketing efforts are in alignment with brand goals and target audiences
• Optimizing channel reach andefficiency, and driving sales revenue
• Immediate troubleshooting on the platform as issues arise
Basic Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience growing social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, etc.
• Good understanding of algorithms on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Detail-oriented and a natural curiosity for new things
• Excitement to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Thepay range for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000. Actualpay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, includingyour residence location and prior work experience. Equity,benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms ofcompensation for this role and are not included in the providedpay range.
