Responsibilities

  • Conduct client assessments and write individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide expert guidance to Case Managers and RBTs in clinical direction
  • Ensure appropriate supervision and mentoring for RBTs and Case Managers
  • Engage in case management and support staff needs
  • Interact directly with clients and families to foster communication and involve them in the treatment process
  • Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain quality assurance processes to uphold standards of care
