Responsibilities

  • Provide Telehealth ABA services to children and families across Colorado.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions in accordance with ABA principles.
  • Supervise and support paraprofessionals and support staff during service delivery.
  • Document progress and adjust treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
  • Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
  • Required: Candidates must reside in Colorado and live outside a 50-mile radius of any Behavioral Innovations treatment center.
  • Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
  • Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
  • Required: Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience
  • Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
  • Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player
