Qualifications

• Must have a Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required per BACB guidelines.
• Must obtain both TX & OK LBA state licensure; reimbursement provided.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA required.
• Candidates must reside in Colorado, outside a 50-mile radius of any treatment center.
• Must be able to travel at least 25% monthly for in-person supervision.
• Preferred 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Telehealth ABA services to children and families across Colorado.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-based interventions in accordance with ABA principles.
• Supervise and support paraprofessionals and support staff during service delivery.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans based on client needs.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
