Compensation & Incentives - Base Compensation: $79,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience. - Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time - Reimbursement provided for travel costs such as flight, hotel, meals, etc. - Earn up to $18,000 annually for bonuses, paid quarterly. Qualifications - Required: This role requires candidates in the Maryland area - Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision - Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field - Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines - Required: MD LBA state licensure - Required: Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
