Compensation & Incentives:
Competitive Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
Generous Bonuses: Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.

Qualifications:
Required: Master's or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Required: Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
