Sr. Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) in
Flower Mound!We're hiring for an experienced client and family focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide in-center ABA services.
Compensation & Incentives- Base Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
- Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
- 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.

Qualifications:- Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
- Preferred: 3-5 years of BCBA experience.
- Desired Traits: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.
