What you'll do- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs - and grow the next generation of Life Changers along the way
- Partner closely with families and Caravel teams

What we're looking for- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment and the kind of communication that builds trust
