πΌ Position Details:Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time, Clinic + School
Location: Columbus, OH
Hourly Pay Range: $7,030.40 - $7,852.60/monthly*
*Final salary is based on experience, credentials, education, and bilingual skills (50%+ role usage).
π§© What You'll Do:As a BCBA, you'll make a meaningful difference by:
- Supporting students/clients 1:1 across school, clinic, and/or home settings
- Provide high-quality supervision using in-the-moment coaching and BST to build staff confidence and clinical skill
- Maintaining clear, detailed records and updating strategies as needed
- Design and oversee individualized, assent-based treatment plans that prioritize engagement, dignity, and meaningful progress
- Create a positive therapy environment where clients are happy, relaxed, and motivated to learn
- Foster a supportive, collaborative team culture where staff feel respected, empowered, and effective
- Partner with families in a strengths-based, practical way that supports real-life success beyond sessions
- Use data and clinical judgment to make thoughtful, responsive programming decisions (not just meet metrics)
- Contribute to clinic growth, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement
π― What You Bring:- Master's in ABA, Special Education, or related field
- Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
- Valid BCBA certification & COBA license
- Clear BCI/FBI background check and current TB test (within 12 months)
- Reliable transportation and minimum 25/50k auto insurance coverage
