Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA services while partnering with families, clinical team members, and organizational support teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress
- Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations
- Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate
- Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care
- Support the professional development of clinical team members
- Promote ethical, evidence-based, client-centered ABA services
Qualifications - Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Applicable state licensure, if required
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services
- Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment
