Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism

  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs to enhance their skills
  • Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans while monitoring client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors and peers to troubleshoot cases and ensure best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and comply with BACB and state guidelines

What You'll Do:
