Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
$55-$70/hour | $500 Signing Bonus | Full-Time or Part-Time

Orlando, FL 32806 & Winter Garden, FL 34787

Position Overview

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership for children receiving ABA services while supporting and developing the RBTs who work directly with them.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and meaningful clinical goals
  • Oversee implementation of treatment programs and monitor client progress
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs
  • Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions
  • Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families
  • Modify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical needs
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultation
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in a client's care
  • Maintain compliance with BACB standards, ethical requirements, and payer requirements
