Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM

Position Overview

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ABA Alliance Therapy, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality ABA services that center on the needs and progress of each child. You'll guide a team of RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and partner with families to promote lasting success beyond the clinic.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and support for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
