BAS Operations Manager

BAS Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, operation, maintenance, and performance of Building Automation Systems supporting HVAC, utility systems, energy management, and mission-critical facility operations. The position provides leadership to BAS operations personnel, coordinates technical activities, manages system performance, and ensures reliable 24/7 operation of BAS and Operational Technology (OT) systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily BAS operations supporting HVAC, central utility plants, energy management, and facility systems.
• Provide leadership, direction, and technical oversight to BAS operators, technicians, engineers, programmers, and support personnel.
• Ensure continuous and reliable operation of BAS systems supporting mission-critical facilities.
• Manage BAS preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and system modernization activities.
• Monitor system performance, alarms, trends, equipment status, and operational conditions to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect facility operations.
