What You Bring
- Active Colorado Barber or Cosmetology License
- 3+ years of barbering or styling experience
- 3+ years of management experience in any industry, or 1+ year managing a Floyd's location
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, hiring, and P&L management
- A passion for coaching others and building strong teams
