  • Perform basic network trace and packet analysis to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively Utilize knowledge of Windows Commercial Networking to support and troubleshoot customer environments
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless customer support operations
  • Analyze network data to identify root causes and provide actionable insights
  • Maintain documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions to improve knowledge base
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in network trace analysis and Windows networking
