Title: AWS Security & Risk Consultant - GenAI

Location: Tampa-Princess Palm Ave

Role Summary

Seeking a Security, Risk & Compliance (SRC) Staff Consultant to support Phase 4 of the AWS Launchpad engagement focused on industrializing Amazon Bedrock and Agent Core. The consultant will lead security, governance, risk, and compliance activities to ensure secure and compliant adoption of AWS GenAI solutions.

Must Have Skills
• Experience leading Security, Risk & Compliance (SRC) initiatives in AWS environments.
• Working knowledge of AWS Launchpad, Amazon Bedrock, and AWS Agent Core.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, data protection, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with security assessments, risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to define and implement security controls for AI/GenAI workloads.

Good to Have Skills
• Experience with GenAI security, responsible AI, and model governance.
• Knowledge of AWS Security Hub, Guard Duty, IAM, KMS, and compliance services.
• AWS Security or Cloud certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead security, risk, and compliance workstreams for Bedrock and Agent Core adoption.
• Define governance frameworks, security controls, and compliance requirements for GenAI solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with AWS, customer, and delivery teams to enable secure and compliant GenAI deployment.
