The AVP, Vendor Management role is part of LPL's Field Management team. Field Management provides end-to-end leadership support to advisors and staff through managing personnel, practices, and properties to drive outsized growth and satisfaction. As AVP, Vendor Management, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring that our advisors and staff have the work environments and resources they need to be successful. Your team's primary focus will be on vendor transitions and management for acquired advisor practices, vendor reporting and billing, and new vendor launches.
Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of Senior Analysts responsible for supporting advisor teams and enterprises through the transition process, ensuring an exceptional and scalable advisor experience.
- Develop and enhance reporting capabilities related to vendor expenses, billing, and operational performance, providing actionable insights and leadership visibility.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate, launch, and operationalize new vendor offerings, ensuring long-term scalability and sustainability.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and create scalable workflows that support organizational growth.
- Own the governance and execution of monthly expense reporting, billing reconciliation, and vendor-related financial administration.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to drive successful outcomes.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner in defining the future vision, operating model, and priorities of the team.

Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, financial services, operations, project management or related field.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, or similar systems
- Bachelor's Degree

Pay Range: $92,906.00 - $154,809.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
