Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead operational performance across assigned markets by overseeing client relationships, physician partnerships, financial performance, and service excellence initiatives
Partner with physician leadership in a dyad model to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient care
Manage practice financial performance through budgeting, productivity analysis, cost management, and data-driven operational improvements
Lead and develop Practice Directors and operational leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, engagement, and professional growth
Build strong relationships with health system executives, physician leaders, and business development teams to support client satisfaction, physician engagement, and market expansion
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of healthcare leadership experience; MBA preferred
Experience leading physician practices, healthcare operations, or multi-site healthcare services with responsibility for financial performance and operational excellence
Demonstrated success managing client relationships, physician engagement, workforce planning, recruiting, and organizational change initiatives
Strong analytical, financial, and operational leadership skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual collaboration tools, and healthcare technology platforms
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills with the ability to travel 20-40% regionally and effectively lead geographically dispersed teams

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $xxxxx-$xxxxx. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
