If so, the Assistant Vice President, Growth Program Operations role in our Growth Strategy and Enablement organization could be for you.
This role sits in our Strategic Growth Solutions team, which designs and scales the programs that power advisor growth at LPL. As Assistant Vice President, Growth Program Operations, you are responsible for the end-to-end operational health and scaling of our advisor referral and partnership programs, including a referral program that let’s advisors compensate centers of influence for qualified client referrals. This is a build-and-scale role: you will take programs through a step-change in volume without letting service quality, compliance rigor, or advisor experience slip.
You will help turn a fast-growing set of programs into durable infrastructure, so that advisor demand is met consistently, enablement is built once and reused, and the business can absorb growth instead of being strained by it.
Responsibilities:
Own the programs
- Lead a newly acquired advisor referral network program overseeing program design, process, policy and advisor experience end-to-end
- Own program management and operational execution for an employer-based financial education and advice partnership, from requirements scoping through steady-state delivery
Build for scale
- Design repeatable processes and operating infrastructure that support materially higher program throughout without added friction
- Establish the metrics, reporting, and service-level standards that show these programs are healthy and scaling, and surface issues early
Drive cross-functional execution
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Compliance, Licensing, Onboarding, and Compensation as volume scales, keeping compensated-referral arrangements clean and well-controlled
- Serve as the operational voice in cross-functional planning, aligning stakeholders on priorities, capacity, and tradeoffs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Operations, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related role, including demonstrated experience scaling a program or process through a significant increase in volume
- 6+ years’ experience leading cross-functional execution in a matrixed environment, coordinating across compliance, operations, and support functions
- 2+ years’ experience in the wealth management industry, with working knowledge of how financial advisors grow their business

- Strong process design, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to run day-to-day operations while simultaneously building repeatable process and infrastructure that reduces manual effort over time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data to manage program performance, capacity and service levels
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to advisors and senior leaders
Preferences:
- Experience managing advisor-facing programs
- Familiarity with the compliance considerations around compensation referrals (e.g., solicitor and promoter arrangements)
- Process improvement or project management credential (PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma) a plus
Pay Range:
$99,704.00 - $166,139.00
