As an AVP, DTC Settlements, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely trade settlements. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving trade adjustments, managing collateral, and maintaining strong communication with relevant parties. This position is ideal for a finance professional with a passion for driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Process and confirm trades, ensuring accurate settlement and compliance with regulations.
  • Promptly resolve trade adjustments and address any settlement issues that may arise.
  • Support treasury and collateral management, including GSCC margin call reviews and collateralization processes.
  • Communicate account activity and updates to internal teams and external clients, maintaining clear and concise records.
  • Balance and reconcile cash positions daily, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Process tri-party transactions efficiently, managing collateral and maintaining strong relationships with counterparties.
  • Receive and deliver US securities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely settlement.
