Full Job Description
This role is designed for a highly adaptable, hands-on actuarial professional who can navigate a fast-changing environment, can be quickly deployed across diverse functional areas, and is trusted to take ownership of complex work from inception through delivery.

This individual will serve as an extension of senior actuarial leadership and business partners, stepping into pricing, valuation, ALM, reporting, VM-22, reinsurance, and other actuarial areas as needed. The role offers broad exposure and long-term career flexibility across actuarial disciplines.

What You'll Do:

Enterprise Actuarial Support
  • Step in to offer additional subject matter expertise or skillset to support modeling and financial reporting efforts.
  • Provide on-demand actuarial and financial analysis to support a variety of areas such as experience studies, earnings analysis, reserve movement attribution, and cash flow modeling.
  • Navigate ambiguity and deliver high quality output with minimal direction.


Cross-Functional Actuarial Work
  • Support projects across:
    • Pricing
    • Valuation & Financial Reporting
    • VM-22 / Regulatory initiatives
    • Asset Liability Management (ALM)
    • Transaction due diligence
    • Translate business questions into structured actuarial analyses and clearly communicate findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.


Ownership & Trust
  • Act as a trusted resource who can be deployed into critical workstreams and expected to fully own deliverables.
  • Operate independently while maintaining strong alignment with actuarial leadership and business heads.
  • Ensure work is accurate, defensible, and aligned with enterprise standards.


Influence & Leadership
  • Partner closely with actuarial leaders and business stakeholders to influence decisions through strong communication, data insights, and credibility.
  • Demonstrate leadership through initiative, judgment, and collaboration.
  • Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with professionalism and confidence.
