OverviewResponsibilities
As an Aviation SME Technical Trainer, you will:
- Conduct material and operational assessments of aviation equipment aboard US Navy Ships
- Certify ships in the basic phase of training
- Provide training and assessments at the senior technician level (often E8-E9 audience) and ship's wardrooms
- Provide training to ship27s company on process improvement recommendations to all levels of the shipboard Chain of Command
- Will be assigned to TMIT Blue
Qualifications
- 20 years of shipboard experience as an AB (Handling) or AB (Fuels)
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Graduate of ABH or ABF A and C Schools
- Requires recent experience conducting technical briefs at all levels of shipboard managers/technicians
- Significant experience with aviation material and operational assessments
Pay Transparency StatementAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $78,000.00/Yr. - USD $86,000/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
