Aviation Architect / Project Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida, supporting high-profile projects at Orlando International Airport and across RS&H's growing national aviation portfolio.
In this role, you'll help lead the design and delivery of impactful aviation projects ranging from terminal renovations and expansions to complex airport support facilities. You'll play a key role in balancing technical design, project management, client collaboration, and multidisciplinary coordination while helping bring innovative aviation environments to life.

What You'll Do- Collaborate with airport clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and coordination efforts across project phases
- Prepare and review studies, assessments, construction documents, drawings, and technical specifications
- Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative team environment
- Coordinate with planners, engineers, and consultants to deliver integrated project solutions
- Conduct quality reviews, site visits, and field coordination activities
- Support client presentations, pursuits, and business development initiatives
- Help drive design excellence, technical quality, and successful project outcomes
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a collaborative architect and project leader who brings strong technical capabilities, communication skills, and a passion for aviation and complex project delivery.
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of architectural design and project experience
- Registered Architect in good standing
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and building systems
- Proficiency in Revit BIM production and coordination
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Previous aviation or transportation project experience
- NCARB certification
- Project management experience on complex building programs
- Experience with visualization and graphic tools including SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, Twinmotion, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Cross-disciplinary coordination experience within large project teams
