Job Description SummaryThe Availability & Reliability Engineer is a specialized role within the Wind Engineering division. You will serve as the primary architect of fleet performance data modeling, using advanced statistical and predictive analytics to drive the global energy transition. Your mission is to transform raw fleet data into actionable reliability models and high-fidelity availability forecasts that inform design decisions, service contracts, and customer expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related computational field (e.g., Systems Engineering or Data Science with an engineering focus).
- Strong foundation in probability and statistics.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in Python, JMP/JSL, R, or SQL for engineering applications and data automation is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in reliability modeling, life-cycle analysis, or predictive performance forecasting for heavy-duty industrial assets.
- Ability to summarize complex technical data into clear, actionable conclusions for stakeholders across a global organization.
- At least 6 months of experience (including internships) in industrial products, preferably in wind energy or power generation.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $72,000.00 and $108,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
