- Act as a technical expert and liaison with office stakeholders, project managers, systems integrators, GRE, and third-party vendors for solution design, deployment, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise AV standards, documentation, support models, and room design patterns, and contribute to roadmap planning for collaboration and meeting space technologies.
- Provide technical leadership to systems integrators, third-party vendors, and internal project stakeholders by reviewing designs, validating implementation quality, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring solutions meet enterprise and GRE requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise collaboration platforms, providing technical guidance, escalation support, and best practices for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and related room technologies.
- Partner with IT and business teams to define user requirements and translate them into scalable AV and collaboration solutions the broader ITG organization can support.
- Lead complex enterprise AV initiatives such as room modernization programs, platform standardization efforts, technology refreshes, and high-visibility meeting space deployments across offices or business groups.
- Lead configuration standards and provide advanced troubleshooting for AV-related software, control interfaces, wireless presentation systems, and endpoint integrations across room systems and workstations.
- Oversee the operational health and support strategy for enterprise AV systems, including display technologies, projectors, video conferencing platforms, room control systems, wireless presentation systems and scheduling solutions, using documented standards and service procedures.
- Provide technical consultation on connectivity, workflows, and best practices across AV conferencing and wireless presentation solutions, particularly for complex, high-visibility, or non-standard room use cases.
- Develop and deliver user training, technical demonstrations, and adoption guidance to improve effective use of AV and collaboration technologies.
- Partner with workplace, reception, and event support teams to align room scheduling, service readiness, and AV requirements for internal and external meetings.
- Oversee complex video and audio conferencing requirements, monitor service utilization and trends, and use operational insights to inform capacity, standards, and service improvements.
- Evaluate emerging AV and collaboration technologies to support continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment with enterprise best practices.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders by delivering high-quality consultation, proactive communication, and reliable execution for meetings, events, and high-visibility engagements.
