What You'll Do- Diagnose transmission issues using advanced diagnostic tools and testing procedures
- Repair, rebuild, and replace automatic and manual transmissions
- Perform teardown, inspection, and reassembly of transmission systems
- Address drivability concerns related to transmission performance
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors
- Follow manufacturer and dealership standards for repairs and warranty work
What We're Looking For- Strong experience with transmission diagnostics and repair (required)
- Proven ability to rebuild transmissions (automatic and/or manual)
- Advanced mechanical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:- ASE Certification (A2 - Automatic Transmission/Transaxle or equivalent)
- Previous dealership experience
- Experience with multiple OEM systems
