RATE IS HERE!!! Up to $65 Flat Rate*- Competitive Hourly Pay: Up to $60 hourly pay or up to $65 Flat Rate based on years of experience!

As a Stress-Free Auto Care technician, you'll:- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
- Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
- Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service
- Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement
We provide the tools, resources, and environment you need to succeed-so you can focus on doing what you do best.Pay/Years of experience breakdown:- A Level: 7-10+ years of experience
- B Level: 2-7 years of experience
- Tire Tech/C Level: 6 months-2 years of experience
Physical Requirements- Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
- Drive manual transmission vehicles
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
- Efficiently navigate a computer
