Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role supports a wide range of vehicle repairs and maintenance in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Job TypePay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour / flat rate (Based on skill level and certs).

Work Requirements- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Automotive repair experience or formal training is preferred.
- Tools: Ability to use shop tools and equipment safely.
- Ability to commute to Cleveland, TX.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities- Repair Excellence: Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnostic Focus: Identify mechanical and electrical issues based on your current experience level.
- Efficiency: Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Clear Communication: Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair status updates for our guests.
- Safety: Follow all dealership processes and safety standards to maintain a professional work environment.
- Documentation: Provide detailed notes on all inspections and repairs performed.
