Qualifications

• Proven track record in setting and achieving performance goals.
• Strong skills in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Comfortable working with technology in automotive services.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required.
• Must be 18 years or older for company driving policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set clear vision and goals for the Service Department.
• Drive a highly efficient sales and production operation.
• Engage and motivate the team to meet performance expectations.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent for the Service Department.
• Create an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty.
• Ensure the Service area is presentable and information is up to date.
• Manage business operations in alignment with company and manufacturer guidelines.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
