In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring an exceptional service experience and effective communication throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process.
Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally, identifying their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers clearly.
- Coordinate with service technicians to schedule appointments and prioritize repairs.
- Maintain detailed service records and process payments efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with automotive technology and service procedures.
Requirements- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer concerns professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
