Responsibilities- Desk and structure automotive sales transactions
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
- Monitor daily activity, appointments, and sales performance
- Assist sales consultants in closing deals
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the Finance Department to maximize profitability
- Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge and sales process
- Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and merchandising
- Help recruit, hire, and develop future sales professionals
Qualifications- Automotive sales management experience preferred
- Strong desking and deal-structuring skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and dealership operations
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Nissan experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
