Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the dealership sales team to achieve sales and gross profit objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance, closing ratios, and key metrics to improve team productivity.
  • Train, mentor, and coach sales staff to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience.
  • Structure and finalize vehicle deals while maintaining dealership profitability and compliance.
  • Work closely with the General Sales Manager and General Manager to align department goals and operations.
  • Ensure all sales processes, CRM usage, and follow-up procedures are consistently followed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve escalated concerns when needed.
  • Collaborate with the finance, service, and parts departments to support overall dealership success.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture that reflects the dealership's values and standards.


Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of automotive sales experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
