Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the dealership sales team to achieve sales and gross profit objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance, closing ratios, and key metrics to improve team productivity.
- Train, mentor, and coach sales staff to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience.
- Structure and finalize vehicle deals while maintaining dealership profitability and compliance.
- Work closely with the General Sales Manager and General Manager to align department goals and operations.
- Ensure all sales processes, CRM usage, and follow-up procedures are consistently followed.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve escalated concerns when needed.
- Collaborate with the finance, service, and parts departments to support overall dealership success.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture that reflects the dealership's values and standards.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive sales experience, with leadership or management experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed goals.
- Strong understanding of dealership sales processes, CRM tools, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
