The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential for driving sales success and fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Team Management:
- Assist the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Sales Floor Operations:
- Oversee daily sales floor activities, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for customers.
- Monitor the sales process to ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Follow-Up and Customer Engagement:
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining customer relationships and encouraging repeat business.
- Performance Tracking:
- Assist in tracking sales metrics and preparing reports for the Sales Manager, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Help set performance goals for the sales team and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for promotions, events, and team-building activities.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in automotive sales, with previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
