PAY - $9,000 - $15,000 per month based on performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage sales staff and provide training to improve sales programs• development and control.
- Set annual and monthly objectives for unit sales and gross profits.
- Monitor salesperson productivity and performance.
- Display, merchandise, and promote new and used vehicles.
- Review market analyses and sales reports.
- Act as a liaison between the sales department and other departments.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Attend required managers meetings.
- Assist in developing improvement programs for salespeople facing challenges in meeting their objectives.
- Read and comprehend job-related instructions and information, whether electronic or paper based.
- Handle problems creatively and logically, showing empathy towards customers and their issues.
Driving is an essential function of this position. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance standards throughout employment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSABILITIES - Recruit, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all sales employees.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED, with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training in auto sales, or
- 1 to 2 years of college education with one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred qualification of an associate or bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a two-year or four-year College or University, with one to two years related experience.
