Sheehy Ford of Springfield is seeking driven Automotive Sales Professionals who want more than a sales job - we are developing future Sales Managers, GSMs, and General Managers. Compensation
• Flats up to $875 per vehicle
• Or percentage of gross profit - up to $1,000 per vehicle
• Realistic earning potential: $80,000-$120,000+ per year
• Strong new Ford and late-model used inventory
• High-volume environment with consistent opportunity

What Makes Our Store Different
• Utilize vehicle locator tools to source inventory for customers
• Participate in appraising trade-ins

Responsibilities
  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
  • Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.


Qualifications
  • Automotive Sales experience preferred
  • Technology proficient (CRM, digital retailing tools, texting, video, email follow-up)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Long-term mindset with leadership aspirations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license
