Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial) or Business Administration with technical background.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of direct experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
• Deep knowledge of launch metrics and automotive quality systems including BIQS, GP-12, and customer validation requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of automotive product launch frameworks like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and V-Model.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex electrical architecture transitions, including platform migrations and supplier modifications.
• Oversee program management from initial client requirements to final product launch in automotive settings.
• Utilize Microsoft Project and lifecycle management tools for scheduling and resource management.
• Conduct budget management, tracking project P&L and tooling costs effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to automotive standards and quality requirements.
