We are seeking an experienced, results-driven
Parts Manager to lead the parts department at our busy automotive dealership in Vacaville, CA. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong inventory management skills, dealership experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the dealership parts department
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking, and obsolescence control
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors
- Ensure accurate pricing, receiving, and inventory reconciliation
- Lead, coach, and develop parts department staff
- Work closely with service and sales departments to support dealership operations
- Monitor departmental performance, gross profit, and expense controls
- Ensure excellent customer service for retail and wholesale clients
- Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies
Qualifications- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive parts management experience in a dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of OEM parts operations and inventory systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with dealership management software
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to analyze reports and drive departmental profitability
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation$72,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. Bonus opportunities available.
