Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all new vehicle sales operations
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Desk deals and assist sales consultants throughout the sales process
- Monitor new vehicle inventory levels, aging, and pricing strategies
- Work closely with finance and service departments to maximize profitability and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and sales processes
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and dealership performance metrics
- Help drive showroom traffic, sales volume, gross profit, and CSI performance
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and vendor partners
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members
- Foster a positive, high-performance dealership culture
Qualifications- Previous experience as a New Car Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, Finance Manager, or Sales Director preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive sales operations and dealership profitability
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze reports, sales data, and market trends
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with dealership CRM and inventory management systems preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
