What You'll Be Doing- Learn day-to-day shop operations, from scheduling to customer communication.
- Shadow experienced Service Managers. See how leadership really works in a high-performing shop.
- Support the service team in ensuring workflow efficiency and repair quality.
- Develop a deep understanding of automotive service processes and customer relations.
- Collaborate with technicians and advisors to maintain an exceptional shop culture.
- Help manage inventory, parts orders, and overall shop performance.
