Position Overview:In this key dealership role, you will lead the F&I process from start to finish-driving product penetration, ensuring efficient and accurate contracting, building strong lender relationships, and supporting a motivated sales team. What You'll Do:- Drive performance by setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit unit, gross, and product penetration targets
- Manage the entire finance, contracting, and funding process with speed and accuracy
- Present, educate, and sell F&I products: service contracts, GAP, protection packages, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and credit unions
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies
- Support showroom, digital retail, and inbound traffic to maximize every opportunity
- Deliver a polished, professional, guest-focused closing experience
Who You Are:- A high-integrity F&I professional with 2+ years of proven retail automotive finance experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of automotive finance or sales leadership experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
